Overview

Deco Online Origins is a free-to-play 3D anime MMORPG developed and published by Cyper Games Ltd. It is a revival of the classic Deco Online — originally created by Korean studio Rocksoft and published in English by JOYMAX Interactive. After years of community demand, Cyper Games brought the game back with a renewed version that entered closed beta in March 2023 and officially launched in March 2026.

The game is set in a world torn apart by the conflict between two warring nations: Millena, whose warriors harness the power of traditional arms and close-range combat, and Rain, a nation that has mastered the art of magic and elemental warfare. Players choose a side and a class, then carve their path through this ongoing war.

Nations

Faction identity is central to Deco Online Origins. Each nation shapes your early story, your allies, and your enemies in PvP:

• Millena — a martial nation whose culture values physical strength, discipline, and weapons mastery. Millena characters lean toward the Swordsman and Archer classes.
• Rain — a mystical nation that draws its power from elemental magic and arcane knowledge. Rain characters lean toward the Mage class and prefer ranged spell combat.

Both nations offer access to all three base classes, but each nation has unique lore, NPCs, starting areas, and story quests that shape the world from opposite perspectives.

Classes

Three base classes define your combat role and available skill trees:

• Swordsman — melee fighter specializing in close-range physical damage, tanking, and front-line combat. Strong survivability and crowd control options.
• Archer — agile ranged attacker who deals high burst physical damage from a distance. Excels at targeting weak points and debuffing enemies.
• Mage (Wizard) — elemental spellcaster that deals area-of-effect magical damage. Higher risk and lower defense in exchange for maximum group damage output.

The Combo System

Deco Online Origins sets itself apart from typical point-and-click MMORPGs with its keyboard-driven combo system. Rather than clicking through menus, players execute skill combinations using the C, X, and Z keys in sequence, with hundreds of possible combos available across each class.

This approach adds action game depth to what would otherwise be a traditional MMORPG loop — timing and sequencing your inputs correctly deals significantly more damage than using individual skills in isolation. Mastering your class's combo chains is central to competitive play.

Guardian Pets
